Skye Homes is on site daily during construction coordinating and supervising all aspects of the building. This ensures that, from the ground up, your new home is built soundly and according to plans. Because we are on site, we can make small adjustments at the “bare bones” stage to ensure that interior spaces will be well proportioned, functional and beautiful, and that as construction progress, “all the pieces” come together well and complement each other. Our weekly walk-throughs with clients to review progress and decision items provide owners the opportunity to ask questions and to have input into the process as their home is constructed.
